24PetRescue is the rescue-side counterpart to 24PetShelter inside the Pet Loyalty / Independence Pet Holdings family. Free core product for rescue organizations — a central hub for medical files, adoption records, profiles for pets and people, contract creation and management, outcome tracking, and complete animal-journey histories. The architecturally interesting piece is Mobile Checkout: a mobile link an adopter receives that wraps contract signing, adoption fee payment, and 24Petwatch microchip collection into a single flow they can complete from their phone. The $5-per-transaction billing only fires when Mobile Checkout is used, which keeps the core product free and the business model aligned with rescue throughput.
My role at Pet Loyalty Inc. was Chief Customer Officer and Board Member during the integration period after Adopets was acquired. 24PetRescue is one of the platforms I helped lead and advise as the company aligned its operator-side software around the consumer-side PetPlace surface and the 24Petwatch microchip network. Not founder credit — advisory leadership during the post-acquisition cycle.
The MDX does not claim specific rescue counts, adoption volumes, or platform-level metrics. Those belong to Pet Loyalty / IPH, not to me.
